Annual meeting held on July 03, 2005 in the Jeff Davis County Courthouse with a quorum. (Quorum percentages not known).

Meeting with attorney Blackey resulted in some clarification of various legal matters:

• Any Deed Restriction changes cannot go into effect until January 01, 2009.

• Additional $1.00 fee added in 2002 is voluntary.

• Changes to Deed Restrictions voted only by Land Owner, regardless of size or number of lots owned.

• Membership in the LCPOA is voluntary.

• August 08: Deed Restriction changes filed with the County Clerk. These changes may take effect in January, 2009. There is an unanswered question as to the validity of this change.

• July 07: Letter of Resignation from Treasurer Gasser.

• July 07: Letter from President Reay and the updated Ballot enclosed with it.

• July 07: Bylaws. There were no changes to the Bylaws this year.
