A Yahoo Groups chat room has been created at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LCPOA by request of (then) President Bill Maline. Notice of updates to these web pages will be announced in this chat room.

LCPOA Background and History. This is a one-page explanation of the origins of the Limpia Crossing Property Owners Association and a description of what the original members had in mind when they found themselves members of the association.
(I would appreciate it if someone could tell me who authored this. Thanks).

Leah Gasser outlines the procedures for Covenants and Restrictions changes. This letter is newer than Leah's Letter to the Editor and expands on the correct way to propose changes.
Included with the procedure letter is the late 2005 "Restrictions" with the modified paragraph #12. This change to the "Restrictions" is being contested.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST CHANGES TO THE COVENENTS AND PROCEDURES, THEN PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES.

Proposed changes will be posted here as they are made available to me and discussed in the chat room.

(In order to lessen confusion, the link to Leah's 07-19-2007 Letter to the Editor has been removed from this site. Please email me if you wish to see a copy.)
